At IGIGI, we prioritize providing our customers with the best quality dresses that beautifully fit their unique style and body measurements. That's why every dress, regardless of whether it is a standard size or specifically customized to your preferences, is made only once we receive your order.

This means that each dress is meticulously crafted and tailored to cater to your individual needs, ensuring an exceptional fit and look.

However, due to the personalized nature of our manufacturing process, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds once your order is placed.

We want to emphasize that your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that our made-to-measure approach guarantees an unforgettable dress that will exceed your expectations. We encourage you to take advantage of our comprehensive size guides to ensure that the final product meets your desires, as all sales are final.

Cancellations are permissible within 48 hours of placing the order in case of unexpected circumstances. However, once the 48-hour window has elapsed, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accommodated, as your order would have already undergone manufacturing process.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Outlet merchandise is Final Sale ONLY. No store credit will be given on returned outlet items. No cash refunds will be given on outlet items. We do not refund shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. 

ALTERATIONS

Sometimes, even though we create dresses tailored to your specific measurements, alterations may still be necessary. It is important to acknowledge that these alterations are a normal part of the dressmaking process and should be embraced as such. We suggest seeking the assistance of a skilled seamstress in your local vicinity.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

IGIGI reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.

Promotional prices are good only during the time of the actual promotional period.

Please be reminded - IGIGI does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PURCHASE

This agreement serves as a confirmation of your custom-made IGIGI item. Please carefully review the order agreement form provided below as it serves as your final order confirmation. Once an item is made-to-order, it is considered a final sale once production begins. However, if you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, there is a grace period where cancellation is possible. Please contact us at support@igigi.com if you need to cancel your order within this timeframe or if you have mistakenly placed the order.

Your dress will be tailored according to the measurements you provide to IGIGI. It is important to note that we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the measurements you provide. We highly recommend seeking professional assistance for accurate measurements. If you are unsure about a measurement please refer to the images that we provide. Please keep in mind that some minor alterations may still be required for the perfect fit. The dress is designed with alterations in mind, making it easier for an experienced seamstress or tailor to make the necessary adjustments and ensure your dress fits flawlessly.
