Domestic Shipments
IGIGI.com offers three fast and reliable ways to ship in the continental US. We offer Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services. In order to avoid any possible delays in the delivery of your purchase, please provide complete billing and shipping information (including a phone number).
We also offer Saturday Delivery for an additional fee.
$8 Ground - 3 to 7 business days
Once your order ships, it will arrive at your destination within approximately 3 to 7 business days. The order is delivered on Monday through Friday, not including holidays, within the continental U.S. only. Not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses.
$25 2nd Day Air - 2 business days
Orders placed with 2nd Day Air service Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Continental US only. 2nd Day Air service is not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses. Orders placed with 2nd Day Air service Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. Orders shipped 2nd Day Air to Rural Routes and remote locations may arrive a day later.
$38 Next Day Air - Next business day
Orders placed with Next Day Air service Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Continental US only. Next Day Air service is not available to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses. Orders placed with Next Day Air Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. Orders shipped via Next Day Air service to Rural Routes and remote locations may arrive a day later.
Add $25 - Saturday Delivery - UPS
Saturday Delivery is available for an additional surcharge of $25 and may be added to any UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipment. Add Saturday Delivery to your order at checkout by selecting the "Saturday Delivery, additional $25" box.
USPS
USPS is used for all shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for USPS shipping. Rates are based on destination and order amount. Please see above USPS rates for U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, AE, APO or FPO addresses.
Wholesale Customers
All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS and can only be shipped to commercial addresses. Wholesale shipping rates will be determined by the weight of the package.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all domestic orders through UPS, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
USPS is used for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Estimating Delivery Dates
If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be done prior to processing for shipment.
- UPS ground deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- UPS Saturday Delivery options are available for Expedited and Express shipping options only, excluding holidays.
Shipments To Canada
Shipments to Canada can be sent UPS Worldwide Express (next business day) , UPS Worldwide Expedited (two business days), or USPS Express International Shipping (4-6 Business Days). Tracking information will be provided. Please see the rates above.
All Other International Shipments
For your security, international shipping is available to select countries (including Australia, UK, and most of Europe). Please contact service(at)igigi.com to determine if we ship to your country of interest.
International shipments can be sent UPS Worldwide Express (1-3 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 business days), or Express USPS (4-6 business day service). See rates above.
Shipping Delays
The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not guarantee the arrival of international packages due to inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States. If you are interested in ensuring the delivery, IGIGI can ship via UPS guaranteed overseas shipping. Please contact service(at)igigi.com for exact UPS rates.
Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to the customs processing. This is outside of IGIGI's control and we cannot be responsible for such delays.
An important note about international shipments
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. IGIGI does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Exchange Shipments
While the customer is responsible for shipping the returned items back to IGIGI, the exchanged garments are shipped to the customer free of charge (Ground shipping and domestic shipments only). For Expedited or Express Shipping options of the exchanged items, please contact service(at)igigi.com.
